Why did we encounter a group of about 20 or so adults around 12th and Chestnut in boxer shorts and black suit coat jackets last night? I thought it might have been some fraternity thing, but that's typically single sex and here were men and women looking goofy. They didn't come off as extremely intoxicated. Yet. Of coruse it was only 11:30 or
